Lyssa is the founder of SALT, she is an educator, therapist and spiritual director. She supports people to become the best versions of themselves. She inspires all types of leaders to better understand themselves and helps bring back balance, wholeness, and joy into their lives. Lyssa helps people enjoy the journey and live into their purpose.
Lyssa went to Azusa Pacific University where she received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and has a certificate in Spiritual Direction. Her distinctive style utilizes a blend of Narrative therapy, Biblical principles, guided imagery, attachment theory, existentialism, EMDR and practical methods to do life best.
Lyssa is an EMDR therapist providing support for those who have experienced trauma/PTSD.
Lyssa has also traveled to Burma, Thailand, South Sudan, Indonesia, Australia and Kenya teaching and training in areas of Human Trafficking and PTSD.
Lyssa loves living in San Clemente. You can find her surfing, running the trail, working out or sipping SUR coffee or volunteering at local events. She likes the outdoors, traveling and being with her family.
