Lyssa Kerrigan, MA, LPCC #4626

I love discovering new places, engaging in deep, meaningful conversations, and immersing myself in art, live music, and culture. Creativity and connection fuel me, whether through travel, intellectual discussions, or simply enjoying the beauty of everyday life. I also love staying active—whether it’s running the trail, surfing when I can, or getting in a good workout. Most of all, I cherish time spent with my family.

Beyond my love for adventure and connection, I am the founder of SALT, an educator, therapist, and spiritual director. My passion is helping people become the best versions of themselves. I work with leaders of all kinds, guiding them to better understand themselves and find balance, wholeness, and joy in their lives. I believe life is meant to be lived fully, with purpose and intention.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and hold a certificate in Spiritual Direction. My approach blends Narrative Therapy, Biblical principles, guided imagery, attachment theory, existentialism, EMDR, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

As an EMDR therapist, I support those who have experienced trauma and PTSD. My work has taken me around the world—teaching and training in Burma, Thailand, South Sudan, Indonesia, Australia, and Kenya on issues related to human trafficking and PTSD.

I love what I do, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to walk alongside others as they step into healing, growth, and purpose.
